Our Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Poundssuccessful Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use poundssuccessful.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in short, plain language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@poundssuccessful.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
Feedback on accessibility is welcome. Email contact@poundssuccessful.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
